Kiirsten Allen is the Founder of the 501c3 People with Power, Inc. Although originally from New Orleans, LA, she currently resides in Atlanta, GA where she founded her first non-profit organization. Miss Allen has also is the reigning USOA Miss Georgia '22, she uses this platform as a form of growth for PWP through networking with other community leaders. 

     

     Kiirsten has been affiliated with many leadership groups in the past and decided to create one of her own. With dreams of having a large impact on her local community, She is actively creating solutions to current issues within her community through seasonal initiative such as #Plantthesource and ADOPT- A CLASSROOM.    In addition to the many leadership groups she has been apart of, Kiirsten also has experience working with special needs children, coaching and teaching dance classes, as well as participating in peer mentoring groups.
